How to Apply
The application takes under two minutes. Here is exactly what to expect.
Go to the Partners Page
Navigate to /partners on our website. You will find the Become a Partner form at the bottom of the page.
Fill in Your Details
Enter your first and last name, company name, business email, and phone number with country code.

Setting Up Your Account
Once your credentials arrive, getting started takes less than five minutes.

Open the Login
Go to the Partners page and click the Partner Login button in the hero section.
Enter Your Credentials
Type the email and temporary password from your welcome email.
Review Your Dashboard
Your dashboard shows your submitted quotes, their statuses, and key stats at a glance.
Submit Your First Quote
Click Get a Quote, fill in the trip details for your client, and hit Submit.
Security tip: Change your password on first login by contacting our partner support team.
How to Submit a Quote
The most important action in the portal, here is every step.
Open the Quote Form
From your dashboard click the Get a Quote button to open the quote form.
Enter Trip Details
Add the pickup address, destination, date, time, and number of passengers.
Select Vehicle Type
Choose from Luxury, Executive, SUV, Van, or Executive Van based on your client's needs.
Add Special Notes
Include requests like meet-and-greet, luggage assistance, child seat, or flight number.
Review & Submit
Confirm all details are correct then click Submit. Your client's booking enters our system immediately.

What Each Status Means
Track every booking from submission to completion.
Submitted and awaiting confirmation from our operations team.
Booking locked in. A chauffeur has been assigned.
The trip has been completed successfully.
The booking was cancelled. Contact support if unexpected.
Tips for Success
Confirm Before Submitting
Always verify trip details with your client before submitting a quote.
Submit Early
Submit quotes at least 2 hours before pickup whenever possible.
Use the Notes Field
Special requests added to notes are actioned on every booking, nothing is ignored.
Check Status Day Before
Review booking status the day before important trips to confirm everything is on track.
Cancel Promptly
If a client cancels, notify us as soon as possible to avoid late cancellation fees.
